Got any burning questions on what to eat or drink before, during or after your long runs or walks?
We are holding a Nutrition for Endurance information night
Thursday March 26th, 6.00-7.30pm
with Accredited Sports Dietitian Megan Scott.
The night will be held at Centralian Middle School in the library.
Come along and bring a friend or two!
Free for club members, $5 for non-members. Limited to 25 people, so make sure you get registered quick.
Megan will be covering all the latest on hydration, carbohydrate and recovery. If you've got questions about any particular nutrition products feel free to bring them along and the group can have a look at the labels and learn together.
