Centralian Sports was established in 1982 to service the needs of a sports loving town. The name has been modified over the years, but the location hasn't changed and Greg Reval has been there as manager for 25 years, and owner with his wife Karen for the past 14 years.It is the oldest sports
store in town.
Greg came to the Centre to manage the store after seven years in sports retail in Adelaide. Centralian Sports offers a full range of sporting goods and services to its customers. Buying power and product knowledge is maximised by being a member of Independent Sports Buying Group, which has
stores in all states and territories.
The store prides itself on its friendly and knowledgable staff. A 10% discount is offered to all members on any running or walking related merchandise.
Greg helped establish the Centralian Sports Fun Run, 25 years ago, which is the 3rd longest running event in town, after the Alice Springs Marathon, and the King of the Mountain. Greg was made a Life Member of the club in 2006, an honour he was very humbled by. He still enjoys being part of the club
community, whether it be running, helping, or race directing.
